“It was a pleasure to work with the Isac Construction team as they prepared the exterior of our home for painting and then painted it.Their bid was comparable to another bid we received, but their bid included replacing some of the fascia boards, which the other company didn't have the expertise to do (instead, the other company recommended we hire someone else or wait until we replaced our roof to have it done).The people on Isac's team worked hard to scrape, caulk and replace boards to get the siding and trim ready for painting. They found a few more spots where boards needed to be replaced, and what they charged for the additional work was very reasonable. They applied primer to the repaired areas.When it came time to paint, a larger crew came to the house and got the job done professionally and quickly in two days. They all seemed to be kind and respectful people. They were very careful with all the garden areas, and we were impressed by how well they worked together and how hard they worked.Later, a smaller crew came back and touched up, which involved caulking around faucets and applying a second coat of paint on downspouts and a few other areas. Isac contacted us to make sure that we were satisfied with their work before sending us a final bill. After such great work, we were more than happy to make the final payment.“
